2021年5月注册子公司武汉瑞鲸智能科技有限公司，座落于武汉经济开发区东合中心，主要以高端智能装备、新能源轻量化车身智能焊装线体及外覆盖件模具、信息化等研发为主的技术中心，公司是多家国内外知名汽车制造业焊装高端装备供给的重要企业之一，同时也是开展汽车焊装装备行业应用基础研究、聚集和培养优秀科技人才、开展科技交流的重要基地。是安徽省“机器人集聚发展”试点建设的重点项目，积极发挥着新成品、新技术、新成果的示范与推广，带动了安徽省汽车焊装行业产业链的迅速发展。
